Clean & Clear's audience is mainly Gen Z. And talking to Gen Z required digging into their niche interests. We created content in large volumes for the brand’s platforms for six months. Based on learnings from those posts, we created custom assets against multiple Millennial Parent and Gen Z cohorts for summer's Back To School campaign. Rather than a “one size fits all” strategy that focused on the brand’s own perception, we used a variety of messaging that pivoted Clean & Clear into a mirror brand, reflecting the interest of our core consumers. Some highlights include Clean & Clear’s first product “jingle” as well as an animé story that was the brand's first foray on Twitch and made its way into LA’s Anime Expo. ​​​​​​​
